Blossom Hotel Houston

I liked the aesthetic of the facility and parking availability. The lobby and the elevator waiting areas has a very delightful smell! The body lotion and body wash smelled soooo good! They should bottle it up and sell it!

From the get go the hotel aesthetics are beautiful. We had a late check in after being mislead on the time to drive between Dallas and Houston and the staff greeted us as happily as they would at 10am. The rooms spacious, tastefully decorated and excellent amenities. The Dyson hairdryers are excellent. The upstairs bar, pool awesome in the Houston heat. The wait on food totally acceptable. The laundry room is a stand alone brilliant idea. When travelling you want just to wash and be ready to go again. The concierge staff were brilliant dealing with these aussies who never thought to tip until our last day (which we did as a group collective). Breakfast was good. A local told me i should have booked closer to the convention centre, but we were perfect being outside of the city. Easy to go to nasa for the space loving junkie of the group. And plenty of places to get food from. The staff over all are a delight. The cleaning staff spoilt my son rotten and i can only say a huge Thank you

The hotel was clean, the bartender in sky lounge was on point, thumbs up. But there are some ongoing issues with being double charged and issues that we had with the valet. We were waiting for the valet to bring our car around. You could hear tires squealing. The valet driver got out of my car and I said to him a little heavy on the foot huh ? “He laughed” however did say it was an accident. Then said he liked the car. I honestly could have over looked this if I hadn’t checked my CC statement and seen that I was charged twice for my one night stay. Let’s not forget to mention I booked a king bed. I arrive and all they have is a room with 2 queens. I had plans that evening “Rodeo”therefore really didn’t have an option but to just go with the flow. So now I’m trying to get reimbursed and it’s seems like it’s going to be a hassle.

This is a perfect hotel for a staycation. We got a massage & facial at the spa , the staff were so nice & accommodating providing snacks and water. Our room was clean and had no issues getting new towels everyday. There was a restaurant as well on site, I would say it’s Asian American themed. Breakfast is included, but you have to go to the front desk everyday to receive the $20 voucher for the meals. Almost all breakfast options are under the $20 you just have to pay tax which was about $3. Definitely will be booking this hotel every time I’m in Houston.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. I felt like I was in a high end hotel with affordable prices. The staff were also really nice, helpful and personable especially Pablo, Patrice and Shiru. Also there was an incident where my cousin left her AirPods in the sheets and the room service staff went above and beyond, going into the laundry room and throughly searching for and finding them for her. That was so nice of them!
